The Italian-based kombucha brand Albuccia required a corporate identity to launch its business. The brief was to create a timeless yet individual logo. Inspired by modern artists' signatures, such as Matisse and Picasso, I proposed that the brands' identity should be an artist's signature. Allowing the brand to develop over time like an artist's colour pallet yet retain the core principles that make the artist unique.
Albuccia’s core values depend on a regional circular economy of ingredients, so the bottle packaging complemented the reduction of material consumption by sourcing natural ink-based wrapping to minimize the use of glue and ink while maximizing the reuse of glass bottles.
The use of wrapping allowed the brand advertises co-labs and promote ecological affiliations while retaining a bold brand presence.
The landing page explodes with colour and ingredients thrusting the brand's identity onto the viewers' psyche.
